The Basics

We've created this package for the ultra-creative client who has crafted the perfect wedding team on their own, but is ready to hand over the final details and enjoy the celebration! Services, including correspondence, begin within 10 days of your event; your coordinator will meet with you and your event team for a venue walk-through to review your floor plan and hammer out any loose ends in your timeline. An organized schedule will be delivered to your wedding team, and your coordinator will provide event management and step in as your vendor liaison throughout the celebration. Your decorative props and personal items will be set up, gathered and secured during your venue's allotted time frame. Most importantly, you will have peace-of-mind knowing your event is in our capable hands. 


Thirty Days

Crafted with the anxious client (or parent) in mind, this package is all about relieving the stress during that last month before the big day! Within 30 days of your event your coordinator will begin correspondence and schedule a studio meeting with you to review your vendor contracts and provide a thorough final checklist along with those details listed in The Basics package. Leading up to your event, you'll receive a custom floor plan and personal event timeline after your final venue walk-through. We're able to minimize any last-minute changes and secure any loose ends to ensure you're ability to enjoy those final weeks and celebrate on the wedding day.

Partial Planning

This package is best suited for the client who has ample time to plan their wedding and attend vendor meetings, but needs guidance on creating a cohesive look and hiring the right professionals. Upon booking this service, your coordinator will host a studio meeting to open a dialogue of your wedding goals regarding budget and design aesthetic. Shortly after, you'll receive a refined inspiration board and wedding narrative, a tailored vendor list specific to your event needs, and an inventory source list. From here, our team will step back and allow you to take the lead for planning your event.

Once we arrive at the 100 day countdown, our team will begin to take the wedding planning reigns. We'll host your second studio meeting to review vendor contracts, draft a final checklist and delegate any tasks, and draft your personal event timeline. Your coordinator will be in communication with your design team to ensure no detail is left out and will provide a source list of additional style elements if necessary. 

Finally, we will schedule your venue walk-through where we create your custom floor plan and determine any changes in the day-of schedules inclusive of delivery, set-up and transportation. Your day-of services include each item in The Basics list along with an additional event management assistant. We feel these services best highlight our strengths: organized coordination, cheerful planning and our signature locally-inspired, clever design style.
